After the Packers made it within one game of the Superbowl last NFL season, before being stopped at the last minute by Eli Manning's Giants, Favre packed up his bags and said he'd left the game of football. So the Packers moved on, rewrote the playbook, but now Favre has announced he wants to return. The Packers are interested in moving on from Favre, but don't want the record-breaking quarterback to head up another NFL team. What will Favre be up to at the start of the next NFL season?

If he does return to the NFL I don't want to see him play for Minnesota. Would be nice if the Pack could keep him though, but he could also stay retired if he can't go elsewhere.

I don't think Favre will play at all next year because he (Favre) is not a back-up QB, he is a starter.But GB is afraid that if they let him go a QB of his caliber* could be playing against them with their rivals...MN or DA BEARS!!!!!
