Following a recent court decision in California, same sex marriage was legalized in the Golden State, and of course caused some controversy. Now Californians are expected to vote on a Proposition 8 this November, which would define marriage in the California Constitution as between a man and a woman. A new poll shoes that 51% of Californians oppose the measure and will vote against it, keeping same-sex marriage legal. Do you think California will ban same-sex marriage?
