It's having the phone in your hand that is dangerous, but if you can listen to the radio & sing along, then you'll luv this "new" invention that good 'ol technology came out with...it's called a bluetooth people...nuff said!

Definatly should be banned and the maximum peneties invoked.

After all I am biased here as my grandson was very severly hurt, by a madman who was on his mobile phone, when he mounted the pavement and hit him.
So a definitate yes IMHO

This is a little bit of a complicated question... I don't really believe in banning cell phones while driving, but txting while driving should be illegal.

it is a very dangerous thing to do cuz u could DIE!!!!!! but f u had to talk on the phone you should be very cautious of al the cars and people around u... like u should be anyway :)

well i said yes because it causes people to loose concentration in driving, that's what the head phones are for or the bluetooth, if people would use it more often there would'nt be a problem....alot of people use both hands to drive.....

i think its more of a hazard needing to use the bluetooth things, it makes it harder and more hazardous to drive

Yes, I believe that the use of cell phones while driving is a crime and should be banned. Such drivers are a menace to the public.

I live in Alberta, Canada and it ain't banned here and people drive like a bunch of idiots. Every day there must be at least one or two crashes a day caused by people driving and talking on a cell phone.
We're a bit behind the times here!!
