dad, cuz i mean com on! i live with my grandmother, and sure, i h8 her most of the time, but still, i luv the sh*t outta her, so wat culd be better 4 the kids than 2 grow up with their grandparents? also, if the mother just married her cousin (which is impossible in most, if not all, of the states), then she obviously has a problem...or 5!

I voted for the "Dad," but what JOJO45.BAKO said made a lot of sense. We really don't have enough information to make a proper judgment. For all we know this is a biased reporting of the facts -- therefore, we are all making skewed decisions.

I said dad too but without really any more info it's impossible. What if the dad is a child abuser or molester? Kind of an impossible question if you don;t know more about the case, the kids might be better off in foster care!

The mother is has a incestuous relationship with a cousin....she has been "diagnosed" schizophrenia (the choice says nothing about treated) She would not be a good role model for her children. Even though the husband lives in his parents basement "after the divorce" he will probably get back on his feet and do well for his children.

i voted the dad, but since the mother has a partner, that is close enough in relation to the kids that they have probs met, then she seems more stable, because she has been DIAGNOSED and so is probably taking medication. but to win i had to go with what everyone else is going 4... :]

The reason I posted the question is to see if what people say is true" the mother always gets the kids, no matter what" and I decided to use a situation that is happening in real life right now. There is a court case in my town right now and the main details of that case is the question i asked here. If your interested the outcome, the case is expected to be done on or around jan.30th 2008, i will post the result the "real" judge decides on.
