Even before audiences had a chance to watch The Dark Knight, there was buzz that Heath Ledger's frightening and ominous performance as the Joker could earn him an Oscar. Ledger, who died in January after a fatal prescription drug overdose, was unrecognizable in smeared facepaint, and is being counted as one of the greatest cinematic villains of all time. He's been nominated for an Oscar once before, for Brokeback Mountain, will he get one more nomination to top off his career?

After the recent failures of IndyMac, FannieMae and FreddieMac, the government and pundits have been compiling lists of banks likely to fail because of subprime loans and real estate foreclosures. While the government's list is long and secret, ABC News reported this list of the top troubled banks from the Research Associates of America. Which of these banks do you think will fail first?
